I agree!!! I have been searching the web all day trying to find this "free grant money" and cant find it anywhere without having to buy something... These so call grants are to help pay off debt, bill and school, so why am I having to pay to recieve it?? I am in need of money, thats why I am looking into applying for grants so what would make anyone think I have the money to spend on buying a CD, or applications?? That just does not make sense to me.
